1. About this app

This policy applies to Matchstick Spark, a single-player matchstick puzzle game provided by Everyday Game Studio. The game provides local puzzles, progress tracking, language selection and sound settings. It does not provide accounts, chat, user-generated content, subscriptions, in-app purchases or payment processing.

2. Information stored locally

The game stores completed-puzzle progress, skipped-puzzle records, hint balance, reward-related state, the selected language and the sound preference in local app storage. These records are used to resume gameplay and apply settings. The game does not upload them to an Everyday Game Studio server. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes local records, subject to operating-system backup behavior.

3. Non-personalized rewarded advertising and SDK data

Matchstick Spark uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) on Android and iOS/iPadOS. You may choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive 3 hints or skip the current puzzle. New players start with 5 hints. Reward availability depends on completing the ad and on ad availability. Ad requests are configured as non-personalized. You may decline these optional ads and continue solving puzzles.

Google's advertising SDK processes IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and device information, ad requests and views, taps and video interactions, crash and performance diagnostics, and identifiers available under the device settings and SDK configuration. On Android these can include advertising ID and app set ID; on iOS they can include app- or developer-scoped identifiers and, only with the required authorization, the advertising identifier (IDFA). UMP processes privacy choices and consent-related information.

Google and its service providers use and share SDK data to deliver and measure advertising, perform analytics, diagnose service problems, and prevent fraud. Non-personalized ads do not use past activity to target ads, but can still use identifiers for frequency limits and aggregate reporting. Non-personalized does not mean anonymous or no data collection. The game has no separate standalone analytics SDK; the advertising SDK has its own measurement and diagnostic processing.

Google documents encryption in transit for Mobile Ads SDK data. Google manages retention and processing of information it controls under its own policies; we do not set a single retention period for that data. Service providers may process information outside your country, subject to their applicable safeguards.

4. Android permissions and privacy choices

The game uses network services for advertising. It does not require an account or request contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise-location permission for gameplay. Advertising identifiers are subject to platform permissions and device settings. On iOS, IDFA access requires App Tracking Transparency authorization; refusing it does not prevent puzzle play.

Where applicable, UMP presents privacy messages. Use the Ad privacy action in Settings when Google's privacy-options form is available to review or change your choices. The Privacy Policy action opens this page. You can also manage advertising privacy in your device settings. Consent and privacy options depend on your region and platform.

5. Support, deletion and requests

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so that we can respond to support or privacy requests. We retain support correspondence only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. To request deletion of information controlled by us, email the address below with the app name, platform and details of the request. Information controlled independently by Google may need to be managed through Google's privacy controls.

6. Children, security and changes

The game does not knowingly ask children or adults to submit personal information directly to the developer. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us so that we can review the request. We use reasonable measures for the limited information handled by the game and rely on Google and Android security controls for their services, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. We will update this policy if the game's data practices, services or contact details change.

7. Your rights and third-party privacy information

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us with the app name, platform, country or region and the nature of the request. Requests about information controlled by Google may also need to be sent to Google.
