Please include your device model, operating-system version, app version and the steps that led to the issue. For a vocabulary problem, include the English word and the chapter or book where you saw it. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Common questions
Does learning need the internet?
No. The native mobile app includes the illustrations, English pronunciation recordings and 9,510 word meanings. There are no accounts, advertisements or in-app purchases.
Why can’t I hear the pronunciation?
Check the app’s volume settings and your device’s media volume. Also check whether audio is being routed to headphones or a Bluetooth device. The recordings are included in the app; microphone access is not needed.
Where is my progress stored?
Scores, chapter progress, language and volume settings stay on your device. There is no app account or developer cloud sync. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage can remove progress; a system backup may retain or restore app data.
How do I remove my data?
Uninstall the app or use your system’s app-data removal controls, where available. Manage backup copies in your device or cloud-backup settings. To ask about support email you have sent us, contact the address above.
