Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to CrystalMatch / 水晶消消乐, the hexagonal crystal-matching puzzle game provided by zhufeng Xu, with application identifier com.zeng.hexa.mania. The iOS application was previously named Hexa Mania 2017 - Flower Puzzle Game. The game provides local levels, scores, stars, boosters and settings. It does not provide player accounts, chat, user-generated content, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

2. Local game information

The game saves level progress, scores, star results, booster-related state, language, sound preferences and advertising frequency information on your device. These records support gameplay and settings. We do not operate a player-account server or upload these local save records to our own server. Device backup services may retain local app information according to your device settings.

3. Advertising and technical information

The game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Google and its service providers may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. These support advertising delivery and measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising can still involve technical identifiers and measurement. We do not sell your local saved progress.

With your permission, Google AdMob may use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and advertising interactions to personalize ads and measure advertising across other companies’ apps and websites. On iOS, we request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission when applicable, after the required privacy choices have been resolved. Tracking-based advertising is enabled only when you authorize tracking and the applicable consent choices permit it. Allowing Apple’s tracking permission does not override your choices in Google’s consent form.

If you decline tracking, your device restricts it, or permission has not been granted, we do not enable tracking-based advertising. Subject to your applicable privacy choices, the game may request non-personalized or limited ads. Such ads can still involve technical data for delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. You can play without agreeing to tracking; no game reward is offered for granting permission.

4. Other software and permissions

The game is built with Unity. Unity runtime components and included third-party SDKs may handle device and technical information as described in their policies. The current game does not activate Unity Analytics or Unity Ads as its gameplay analytics or advertising provider. The game uses network access for advertising and related services. It does not ask you to grant contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise-location access to play.

5. Privacy choices

In game settings or the pause menu, open Ad privacy options to turn off personalized ads at any time. Your preference is saved on this device. Turning personalization back on only allows it when your applicable consent and device permissions also permit it; this control does not grant consent or override your choices. The same screen links to this policy and offers Google’s privacy form when available.

Google User Messaging Platform provides consent notices and privacy choices where applicable. When a privacy-options action is available in the game settings, you can use it to review the available choices. You may also use your device advertising/privacy controls and Google advertising settings. The available options vary by region, device and service. You can decline optional rewarded advertisements and continue playing; the associated reward is then not granted.

The game’s privacy screen also includes a shortcut to the app’s system settings. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, subject to device restrictions. You can review applicable advertising consent choices through the game’s advertising privacy options. Withdrawing permission stops subsequent tracking-based ad requests; it does not automatically delete information previously processed by an independent provider.

6. Support communications

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, financial information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Retention, deletion and security

Local save data remains until you clear the app data or uninstall the game, subject to operating-system backup behavior. We retain support correspondence only as needed to address your request and applicable obligations. Google and other independent service providers set retention for information they process under their policies. Network services use their security protections; no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us to request deletion of information we control.

8. Children

This game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information may contact us so that we can review and delete information under our control.

9. Your rights and international processing

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain information about your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and policies. Contact us with the game name and your request; requests involving information controlled by Google or Unity may also need to be directed to those providers.
