Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how 5Game ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in Schulte Focus Trainer (the "App"). The App is a focus and visual-attention training game for iOS.
Information handled by the App
The App stores game progress, game records, and settings locally on your device so that the App can provide its features. This information is not sent to our servers by the App.
The App has no in-app purchases and does not create user accounts and does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or payment card information.
Advertising services
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for banner and interstitial advertisements. At eligible completed-game transitions, AdMob has priority; when an AdMob interstitial is unavailable, the App may show a Unity Ads interstitial through Unity LevelPlay. These advertising services may collect and share information with their providers, including:
- Device or other identifiers: Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), only when permitted by your system tracking authorization and applicable consent, and other applicable device identifiers and assigned user identifiers.
- IP address: used for advertising, measurement, security, and to estimate general location.
- App activity: information about app launches, taps, ad views, and other interactions related to advertising.
- Diagnostics: information about app and SDK performance, such as launch performance, crashes, hangs, and energy use.
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. For more information, see Google's advertising policies and Google's Privacy Policy.
Tracking permission on iOS
Before the consent flow, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission when supported and not already decided. Denying ATT does not prevent you from playing. Advertising SDKs use available system permissions and applicable consent to determine the advertising signals they may use. ATT denial is not treated by the App as consent to request ads.
Unity Ads, LevelPlay, and ad quality
Unity services may process device and assigned user identifiers, IP-based approximate location, device configuration (such as language, model, screen size, and connection type), advertising interactions, and SDK performance and diagnostic information. Unity may also process purchase-related or other usage information where available, and information you choose to submit when reporting an advertisement. The App itself does not sell in-app purchases or send your local game records to our servers.
Unity LevelPlay routes the fallback interstitial to Unity Ads. Its included ad-quality service helps measure advertising quality and diagnose advertising problems. These providers use data for advertising, measurement, analytics, SDK functionality, security, and fraud prevention, as applicable. Their SDK data is encrypted in transit. See Unity's Privacy Policy for details and privacy rights.
Consent and privacy options
The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update consent information at each launch and to present privacy messages where required. The App initializes and requests ads only when UMP permits ad requests. Applicable privacy choices are also provided to Unity services. Permission to request an advertisement is not treated as consent to personalized advertising. Where UMP requires it, a Privacy options entry in Settings lets you review and change your choices.
Your choices
- You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and review advertising choices through the App’s Privacy options where required.
- You can clear the App's locally stored progress, records, and settings by deleting the App from your device.
- You can review the Google and Unity privacy controls and policies linked above for information about data handled by their advertising services.
Data retention and deletion
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. We do not maintain an account database or a server-side copy of this local game data. Information processed by Google and Unity advertising services is retained and managed by those providers according to their policies and applicable settings. You can use their privacy controls or contact them through the policies linked above to request access to or deletion of data they hold. We can assist with requests sent to our contact address below, but we do not hold a server copy of your local game records.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its advertising services, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
