Privacy Policy

About this game

This policy applies to Car Racing 3D, also listed as Car Racing 3D - Endless Road Driving, package identifier com.zeng.simple.racer, on iOS / iPadOS. The game provides cartoon highway driving, vehicle customization and locally saved progress. It does not require a developer account, provide public chat, or offer real-money purchases inside the game. Optional advertisements can provide virtual in-game rewards.

Information stored on your device

Currency, vehicle ownership and upgrades, paint choices, high scores, audio/graphics preferences, language selection and tutorial state are saved locally. A local compatibility backup may preserve existing game preferences during an update. We do not operate a cloud game-save service or a developer login database. Operating-system backup and restore services may separately handle app data according to your device settings.

Advertising and consent services

The game uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertisements and applicable consent choices. Google and its advertising partners may process:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location; the game does not request GPS or precise-location permission.
• Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice, and other device/app identifiers.
• Device, operating-system, app and network information, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic/performance information such as crashes or request errors.
• Consent and privacy-choice records needed to respect applicable choices.

These services process data to deliver and measure advertising, support analytics, detect invalid traffic and fraud, maintain security, and comply with privacy requirements. Advertising data can be shared with Google and relevant advertising partners. We do not add a separate developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting service, but the advertising SDK performs its own measurement and diagnostics.

Your privacy choices

On iOS, you can allow or deny tracking in the system permission prompt and change that choice in Settings. Denying tracking does not prevent ordinary gameplay. Where required, the game displays Google's consent form. A Privacy Options control appears in game settings when Google requires that choice to remain accessible. The Privacy Policy control is always available in settings. You can continue ordinary gameplay when you decline tracking or when ads are unavailable; a voluntary ad reward requires successful ad completion.

Personalization depends on applicable consent, platform permissions, regional rules and SDK signals. Data may still be processed for contextual advertising, measurement, fraud prevention or other lawful purposes when personalized advertising is unavailable.

Support, retention and deletion

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this to respond and resolve the request, retain it only as needed for support and legitimate recordkeeping, and do not use it to create a game account.

Local records remain until removed through the operating system's app-data controls or app removal, subject to backups. There is no developer account to delete. To request deletion of support correspondence or other data we hold, contact q908267264@gmail.com and identify the game and platform. Requests concerning Google-controlled data may also need to be directed to Google. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority.

Children, security and international processing

The game does not provide child accounts or ask players to enter their name, age or contact information. If you believe a child sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Use device parental controls where relevant.

We use reasonable measures to protect support information; no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google and other service providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards and policies. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or photo library for gameplay.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when game features, service providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
