Privacy Policy
Neon Ballway / 霓虹跃球
Current advertising configuration. The current Android release configuration uses the publisher's formal AdMob App ID and interstitial ad unit. Google Mobile Ads is initialized with testing disabled, and the app requests Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent information before requesting ads. The privacy, consent, advertising, and Google Play Data safety descriptions on this page are intended to match this release configuration.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies only to the Android game Neon Ballway / 霓虹跃球 published or intended for publication by Everyday Game Studio under package com.xuzengfei.ballrun4. The game is a casual color-matching and bouncing game with automatically moving levels, horizontal drag controls, scores, stars, language settings, and interstitial advertising. It does not provide accounts, social features, chat, user-generated content, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or payment processing.
2. Information stored by the game
The game stores limited gameplay and settings information in local device storage so that the experience works as expected:
- the language selected in Settings;
- local level progress, best scores, and star results; and
- a local timestamp used to enforce the interval between interstitial ads.
The game code does not require a name, email address, account, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, or payment details. These local values are not sent to an Everyday Game Studio server by the game. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes local records, subject to any operating-system backup behavior.
3. Google Mobile Ads and information that may be processed
The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to request and show interstitial ads at eligible level-victory screens. Google and its service providers may process information needed to request, deliver, measure, secure, and limit advertising. Depending on the device, operating system, region, consent choice, and final ad configuration, this may include:
- IP address and a general or approximate location inferred from network information;
- device, app, operating-system, network, and advertising identifiers or similar technical identifiers;
- ad requests, impressions, interactions, frequency-capping events, and diagnostic or performance information; and
- signals used for fraud prevention, security, aggregated reporting, or ad selection.
The exact processing is controlled in part by Google's SDK and the publisher's AdMob settings. Google may share relevant information with its advertising and measurement partners under its policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
The current Android release configuration uses the publisher's formal AdMob identifiers and does not use Google's sample test App ID or sample test interstitial unit. Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process the categories above according to the applicable consent choice, regional requirements, and Google's policies.
4. Android permissions and third parties
The current Android manifest declares network access for loading ads and other network requests. The game itself does not request contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Bluetooth, or location permissions. The Google Mobile Ads SDK is the third-party advertising service currently included in the Android build. We do not sell the local gameplay records described above.
5. Consent and advertising choices
The app requests consent information through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before preparing interstitial ads. When Google determines that a consent form is available and required, the app can present that form; ads are requested only when the returned consent state allows them. The in-app privacy settings action can also open Google's privacy-options form when available. Consent choices and ad behavior vary by location, law, device, and Google's current requirements.
Users can also review Google's advertising controls at Google Ads Settings and their Android device advertising settings. Available choices and ad behavior vary by location, law, device, and the final configuration.
6. Retention and deletion
Local language, progress, score, star, and ad-frequency records remain on the device until the user clears app storage or uninstalls the game. The developer does not operate an account system for this game. Information processed by Google Mobile Ads is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and controls; the developer does not control Google's retention periods. Privacy questions about developer-controlled information can be sent to the contact address below.
7. Children's privacy
The current Google Play target-audience declaration includes ages 13–15, 16–17, and 18 and over. The game does not require an account and does not knowingly ask children or adults to submit personal information directly to the developer. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us so that we can review the request.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing, and to withdraw a consent choice where applicable. Contact us with the app name, platform, country or region, and the nature of the request. Requests about information controlled by Google may also need to be directed to Google through its privacy or advertising controls.
9. Security and policy changes
We use reasonable measures for the limited information handled by the game and rely on Google and platform security controls for their services. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If the game's data practices, advertising setup, consent flow, developer identity, or contact details change, we will update this page and revise the effective date before or with the relevant release.
