Privacy Policy

1. About this game

This policy applies to Math Puzzle King-Move Matches!, provided by zhufeng Xu for iOS / App Store. Move a matchstick to solve arithmetic puzzles. The game stores progress locally and offers advertising and an optional purchase to remove automatic ads. We do not operate a game-account server or request your name, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location.

2. Progress and purchases

Unlocked levels, settings, purchase entitlement and review-prompt timing are stored on your device. They may be included in operating-system backups. Purchases and restoration are processed by your platform store and Unity In-App Purchasing. Product identifiers, transaction/receipt information, purchase status and technical service information may be processed to complete, validate and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details.

3. Advertising and data use

The game uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). These services may process IP address and approximate location derived from it; device, app and advertising identifiers; ad views, clicks and other app/ad interactions; advertising data; crash logs, performance and diagnostic information; and privacy choices. Google and advertising partners use these data to deliver, personalize where permitted, measure and improve advertising, operate their services and prevent fraud. Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing. The game remains playable when advertising is unavailable.

4. Tracking and your choices

On iOS, the game requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before permitting access to the IDFA for advertising tracking. If you decline or tracking is restricted, the game requests non-personalized ads and does not obtain permission to use IDFA. You can change tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Refusing permission does not block play. ATT permission and UMP advertising choices are separate controls; granting ATT permission does not override a UMP choice.

5. Privacy options in the game

Open Privacy from the game screen to read this policy. The game updates UMP consent information at launch and displays a required privacy message when available. Where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, Ad privacy options opens its form so you can review or change your choices. When no additional form is required, that control is unavailable and the privacy policy remains accessible. Purchasing ad removal stops automatic interstitial ads; existing service records are not automatically deleted.

6. Platform features

If you choose to use Game Center, Apple may process your player identity, authentication information and submitted level score to provide leaderboards under your Apple account settings. The developer does not operate a separate leaderboard server.

7. Retention, deletion and international processing

Local game data remains until cleared using device controls or removed with the app, subject to backup and restore behavior. Store purchase records and third-party service data follow the retention policies of Apple, Google and Unity. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us for developer-related requests; platform and advertising-provider requests may also need to be directed to those providers.

8. Children and security

The game does not ask players to submit personal information to the developer. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information in connection with the game, contact us so we can review the concern. We rely on the security mechanisms of the platform and service providers; no storage or network service can be guaranteed completely secure. We will update this policy when our practices change.
